I do like that you can adjust the subscription, but it wasn’t super obvious to me at first, haha. Pausing or canceling took a bit of clicking around before I found everything. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it felt a little more flexible and easier to manage.

"Just didn’t seem right for my dog"
I had a gut feeling quickly that this wasn’t agreeing with my dog. After trying it, he ended up with runny poop, so I stopped giving it to him. Might work for other dogs, but it just didn’t sit well with mine

The ingredients are listed clearly overall, but I still had to put in more effort than I expected to figure out a few of the finer details. It’s not bad, just a little annoying when you’re trying to check everything quickly.

"Wish the sourcing info was clearer"
I was close to placing an order, but I couldn’t find much clear info about where the products are made or how they’re sourced. Maybe it’s somewhere on the site and I just missed it, but I poked around enough that it felt harder to find than it should be.
I’ll admit I’m probably more picky about this stuff than some people, because ethical sourcing matters a lot to me. If a brand isn’t upfront about that side of things, I get hesitant quickly, so I ended up not buying

"Return was easy tbh"
I had to send one item back because it just didnt fit me right. The return process was simple enough and the refund showed up after a few days. It wasnt instant, but that’s fair. Customer service got back to me okay too. I’d use them again.

My dog ate this without any issues, so it definitely wasn’t a no-go. Compared to some other foods or treats he’s tried, though, he just didn’t seem nearly as excited about it. He finished it, but I wouldn’t say he loved it...

"Honestly, my days feel so much lighter"
I’ve been using The Howl for a few weeks now and, oh my gosh, I actually feel a bit more steady day to day. My energy doesn’t feel like it’s crashing all over the place, and my stomach feels way less heavy, which has been such a relief. I’m not saying it’s some miracle cure or anything, but it genuinely fits into my routine really well and makes me feel better enough that I’m definitely going to keep ordering. Delivery was totally fine too, no drama there

"Arrived faster than expected"
It actually showed up quicker than I thought, which was nice. I just wish the communication had been clearer because I wasn’t really sure what was going on with the delivery updates

"Wanted to love it, but it didn’t feel worth the price"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I was expecting more. That’s probably why this was kind of disappointing. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for what I paid, it just didn’t feel special enough. I kept trying to justify the price because I usually trust this brand, but in the end, I don’t think it was worth the money.

"Really poor customer service"
I was disappointed with the whole thing. I emailed The Howl about an issue and then just sort of waited... and waited. I know companies get busy, and I’m not expecting instant replies or anything, but it took ages to get a proper response. And when they finally did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d written in the first place.
I ended up having to chase them more than once, which is annoying because I just wanted it sorted and done with. The replies didn’t really help much, and by that point I was just frustrated with the back and forth. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, who knows, but based on my experience I wouldn’t use them again
